BoxHER: Kickboxing

Where Precision Meets Power

BoxHER Kickboxing is a 60-minute women’s class designed to build strength, sharpen technique, and unleash controlled power in every strike. This isn’t cardio kickboxing—we’re teaching real combinations, movement, and rhythm rooted in martial arts fundamentals.

Each session includes:

  • Technical breakdowns of kicks, knees, and punches
  • Fluid footwork drills and defensive positioning
  • Combination work that builds week to week
  • Core conditioning and mobility training
  • Controlled partner work or bag drills to apply your skills

Whether you're here to boost confidence, learn real technique, or challenge your limits—you’ll leave stronger, faster, and more in control of your body and mindset.
